Four Brand New Home Facades to Build in Melbourne!
Dennis Family Homes is excited to introduce four stunning new facades to our most popular home designs, each crafted to enhance the character and curb appeal of your home.

The Scandi, Edge, Esplanade and Parade facades are available now.

Dennis Family Homes National Design Manager, Kelvyn Rowley describes what’s unique about each of the four new facades.
Scandi
Scandi Facade – Double Storey
Scandi Facade – Single Storey
“As the name suggests, the Scandi facade is inspired by Scandinavian architectural design. It has the look of clean lines with a higher roof pitch,” Kelvyn said.
“On the single-storey home designs, we’ve accentuated the roof line by showing a window following the rake of the ceiling and roof.”
The Scandi facade is available on the following home designs.
Edge
Edge Facade – Single Storey
“It’s contemporary, part of the facade is cantilevered and feature cladding using a standing seam metal product,” Kelvyn said.
“It has a rake ceiling in the centre of the home, with the shape of the front windows accentuating that.
“Being quite contemporary in design and structure, it’s one of the more premium facades in our range.”
The Edge facade is available on the following home designs.
Esplanade
Esplanade Facade – Double Storey
Esplanade Facade – Single Storey
“This is a reinvention of a facade we had years ago which was always popular in coastal areas in particular,” Kelvyn said.
“It’s a premium facade, so it includes Colorbond® roof and some lightweight materials that also ties it into coastal areas.
“The facade design has been expanded from there to be a contemporary style that works in different areas, not just near the coast.”
The Esplanade facade is currently available on the following home design.
Parade
Parade Facade – Double Storey
“This facade is exclusively for double-storey homes, available now on the Balmoral home design,” Kelvyn said.
“It’s very contemporary looking from the street and presents quite boldly. At street level it appears to have a flat roof, however, the roof behind the facade is of low pitch.
“To construct this new facade we’re using box gutters, parapet walls, and lightweight materials on the second-storey.”
