First Home Owner Grant to double for buyers in Regional Victoria

In other changes also due to come into effect on 1 July 2017, first home buyers who purchase a new property for less than $600,000 could also be eligible for an exemption from stamp duty charges, which could leave up to an additional $15,535 in your pocket.
